Are there free shipping options available?

Yes! In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we currently offer free courier delivery on all orders until June 1st, 2020. Thereafter, we will provide free delivery with a minimum spent of S$150 for local orders. At the moment, we do not offer shipping options for international orders, but we are working on it.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. Please make your purchases before 9 pm to prevent any form of delay in the delivery process. Else, the delivery will be scheduled on the next day after purchase.

 

When will I receive my order (Singapore)?

Orders within Singapore will take 1 to 3 business days.

 

Can I track my order?

The tracking number and information will be provided through SMS to your provided contact number once delivery has been arranged.

 

I have not received my order. What should I do?
